The role of a Blender is to ensure that the product being mixed corresponds with the formula that is being produced. It is also the employee’s responsibility to supply/track the raw material flow to the production staff.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to maintain a safe, clean work environment
  • Ability to operate a forklift and complete required training
  • Maintain all associated written reports
  • Ability to weigh / record material accurately

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, climb, carry, drive, and/or walk for up to 12-hour shifts, as schedule demands
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, with repetition
  • Ability to produce 64 to 80 batches per shift with accuracy
